Terms and Conditions for Using the 1scr Platform

To register and use the 1scr platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban enforced by any authority
• Not acting as an agent, broker, or representative of a third party in any capacity
• Not an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 1scr or its associated companies
• Registering one account only per individual

1scr reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. The name, mobile number, and email details you register will be used for identity verification and official communications.

Your responsibilities as an account holder include:

• Maintaining a strong password and keeping it confidential
• Notifying us immediately if your account is accessed without authorisation
• Ensuring your profile information is always kept up to date
• Not sharing your account with anyone, including family members

1scr will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to keep your account secure.

The 1scr platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
• All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR)

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment account you use is in your own name. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the deposit, unless special approval is granted by customer support. 1scr reserves the right to hold withdrawals subject to compliance review or identity verification.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirements are completed. 1scr reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, bet hedging, or breach of terms.

Members who wish to close their own account may contact customer support via live chat or email. Valid remaining funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance review.
